Bad quality and service

We purchased a few items from Coricraft! These were purchased in Sandton and Design Quaters! On receipt of our items, everything had to be returned! Dining room table had pieces missing, coffee table scratched, lamp table cracked and the couches were fine besides that the fabric on the one couch was sewn inside out! This was all sorted out eventually. Two years in our couch collapsed and was sent for repairs! Two years later the same couch collapsed again in the same place! This went I. For repairs again about three weeks later it collapsed for then 3rd time! My couches has now been collected to be sent back to the factory and for the duration that they are in we would be receiving couches on loan! On arrival to collect the couches, no replacement couches got delivered! This was cancelled by God knows who and we were assured that we would get the couches in the late afternoon once a truck is available! I waited till 18:40 and now couches! After the amount of money that has been spent with them I find this completely ridiculous! Now I am being inconvenienced by their lack of service! I will not recommend anyone to purchase from them you are waiting your money!
