BAD KNIGHT EVERY NIGHT

We purchase the Knight Foam Mattress Queen size extra lenght on 4th Of Feb 2020 from Coricraft.

The mattress is now 6 months old and is very lumpy.

The Foam has the shape of our bodies in it. Which means the matress isnt even hard anymore. Thats just after 6 months.

We purposefully purchased a hard bed as we have back problems. The lumpy foam is the most uncomfortable sleep imaginable.

Please advise on whether a full refund would be possible.

I've emailed and called several times to no avail. No one responds or gets back to me other than the factory will be in contact.
