Bad delivery service
<p>We bought a unit @ Coricraft Centurion. The manager was quite helpful in resolving an issue we had instore. Problem started with delivery people who failed to honour the date of delivery which they had confirmed. Delivery was postponed by another 5 days because we were told there are not people available to assemble the unit. This totally unacceptable!!! Its bad service.</p>
We apologise for the problem with the delivery of your unit , this product is very large and requires a specialist team to assemble.
We are sure that it will be worth the wait.

We were promised delivery today. First were told the unit is being loaded. In a few minutes we were told it got damaged when being transported from Centurion to the warehouse. Were told another unit is being arranged from Cape Town. Wooooo........these people have so many stories. Wonder if the one from Cape Town will get to Pretoria in good condition. Really wondering if one should still continue with this purchase.
