Bad customer service and products

We purchased couches and TV stand and table on the 20th July and had to wait 8 weeks for delivery. The sales person made a mistake with our 2x separate couches and ordered a wrong color because of lack of concentration and customer service considering the amount of money we spent at Karmerville. We were then told that they don't have any material to make the couches we had ordered and said they were receiving materials 26th Sept and our 2x couches would then be manufactured and delivered 2x weeks after that. It has now been 3x week since the expected ETA of the material and we have not heard from the sales person nor the manager since our agreement in August. The customer service is really disappointing and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Once they have your money you don't matter anymore.
