Bad customer service, after sales service.

Placed an order in the weekend, trying to track where my order is, and no response from Coricraft. No information on when I will receive my purchase 3 days into the workweek. No tracking number nothing.

They definitely live up to the bad customer service or after-sales service, and I have not even received my order yet.

Very disappointing.
