Bad customer service

I have been struggling to get a solution to the items of furniture purchased from them. The first bedroom suite the colour came off.Hence I opted for a different set. With the new suite, their are wholes on the items and according to the assessor it a part of the look. How? So I have been waiting for a supervisor call (as I was told on the last contact) and to date no one called me and they not responding to my emails.
