BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I purchased a Kirsty Couch in 2011, experienced problems after 2 years with the fabric tearing. Reported the problem and was informed that the guarantee on Fabric is 2 years. On a couch, the guaratee on Fabric should be more than 2 years. I had a further problem where the inner foam caused the couch to sink. I was informed that I needed to buy new foam...which I gladly did but the problem persisted. After 1 year they decided to attend to my query and call an assessor out. The assessor sent the couch for repairs and I was still not satisfied. I logged a query once again and this query is now ongoing for 4 years. The couch was assessed again and guess what!!! I have to purchase new foam again and yet again I was informed this will have to be at my own cost. After not being satisfied Coricraft decided to take me a little serious and suggested that they will order the foam, which was Feb2018....guess what we are now in May 2018!!! There is something wrong with the couch and 4 years ago this should have been replaced over time anything will deteriorate further is the manufacturing is bad!!
