BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a lantern online on the 26th of November, ORDER NUMBER WWS008190 they called me on the 28th of November saying my order is going to be dispatched from Capetown warehouse on Monday.. I got an email today he 3rd of December that i must review my product which i haven't received yet i emailed them i called them several times on *** and *** there is no answer so un professional of them i am really disappointed.
