Bad customer care
They do not stick to their own guarantees, I bought my couch last year and I could of just burnt the money. Extremely bad customer care for such a big company. I will never spend a cent with the coricraft group again.

Looking at all the other reviews to me it looks like coricraft quality is not at the standard it should be for the money spent....I still believe my couch should of been replaced...I would of never bought it if I knew the quality is this shocking. I do not have dogs or kids and we follow the coricare and yet it still looks terrible.
