Bad craftsmanship

I am severely disappointed in the quality of your workmanship. My couches were delivered at the end of December with no quality control having been practiced. Multiple sticking errors and the corner couch does not align. Your truck came to collect the couches today but they came with a full truck with no place to load it. No wrapping nothing. No offer of other couches while i will have to wait for your faulty craftsmanship to be repaired. I actually need you now to replace my couches with proper couches that have been quality checked and take these away. I am most disappointed. R20 000 down the drain.
