Bad communication and false promises.

We were promised that our furniture would be delivered by Monday the 2nd December 2019 and the products we purchased there was 2 left in our warehouse. They even indicated we could probably get it sooner if we were in a rush. Monday came and no contact from Coricraft, I phoned the store we purchased it to find out and they said it takes 2 days to get the stock delivered (even though I paid the previous Thursday which was more than 2 days) - they said they will contact the warehouse and find out for me what's happening with my order.

I had to phone back today, which is nearly a week since buying this furniture (that isn't cheap) only to find out that the items that were purchased were on back order. If the sales person actually just said they'd need to order it, this wouldn't be problem but I'm tired of jumping through hoops with companies for products that are purchased with hard earned money.

This was our first coricraft purchase ever and unfortunately it hasn't been a good one with the lack of communication. I wish the sales person was honest at the time of purchase, this would have been accepted.
