Bad bad service

I ordered cushions on sale online only to be told 2days later that they are out of stock, I was given an option of choosing other cushions or refund I opted for a refund which I never received. It's been 2yrs of me trying to get my money back.

I've been to their branches both in pietermaritzburg and richardsbay none of them were able to help they promise to call you back but they never do. I don't know how many emails I've sent I'm never buying from them ever again
