Bad bad quality furniture and service

I bought a couch in 2021 May, upon delivery I complained about the couch that the seats seemed light (the stuffing in the seat cover was not enough)and of poor quality to a point that the sales consultant exchanged the seat with the display couch in the centurion store because she too admitted that the quality was low. Now the couch has deteriorated in a few months , it even makes squeaky noises. I have made complaints in calls, in emails and still no action has been taken to date. I will never purchase anything from coricraft ever again.
