Bad atttitude of a shop assistant.

We have spent a fortune with Coricraft over the years. We have had good service over the years, except the last two visits. We purchased over R 20 000 furniture from them, received discount which was great, but with a very arrogant shop assistant, at the Mall@Carnival, we are put off completely. She was very unprofessional and arrogant, We presented the invoice to her where we have paid in full. She refused to give our stock to us, argumenting with my ****her that he cant remove the stock from the floor, whilst she can clearly see that we have settled the amount due in full. I have also asked a senior person to call me back but just got no feedback. I think this is unacceptable. We are good paying customers, and were treated like ********* by the shop assistant. Bad service. We boycott that shop in future and will no longer deal with them.
