Bad attitude from stuff member

I have never experienced such bad service from a store before,we expecting delivery today and we were told it would be between 10:00 and 13:00 and I have called the warehouse to find out what time the driver will come through and a got through to grace who now tells me my delivery will be made after 13:00 and I’m telling her that that’s unacceptable as it’s a Saturday I have things to do and that they must arrange for delivery on Monday and she says that’s not going to happen as they are closed and She has such bad attitude and she put me on hold and I was put through to Christine who said she will try and arrange something for me and apologizes for her colleague bad behavior.grace must not speak to customers at all she has a very bad attitude and we as customers are the reason coricraft is still in service.after dealing with her I will never use coricraft again
