Bad after sales services/ care

I purchased a sleigh bed with a mirror and and chest of drawers on the 18th December 2020 it was ready for collection in January . We then noticed one of the handled was loose and informed Hendrick the store consultant who sold us the set, he promised to order new ones . I have called Coricraft east London , been to the store , emailed and at some point they asked for a whatsapp picture of the handle. today is nearly a year since I made the purchase and no one has cared to deliver or update me on the progress of this complaint.
