Awaiting Feedback

In mid December 2015, I visited the Coricroft store in Polokwane and reported that the couch which we had purchased from them, a while back, required some repairs.<br> <br> I was informed that the factory had closed for the festive season, which was fine and the lady informed me that someone would contact me early in the new year with regards to the collection of the couch for the required repairs. <br> <br> Unfortunately nobody has ever contacted me regarding the required repairs.<br> <br> I cannot believe that it takes this long to respond to a query and repair request.
