Atherton Arm Chair

In Aug 2009 we bought several items from the Nelspruit branch. In Dec 2009 one of the Atherton arm chairs was returned and replaced by Coricraft. My problem is this: We bought two of the same arm chairs. (R4495.00 each) The one is still in mint condition but the other one is pealing all over and it really looks like we had it for ages. This is very strange because both chairs is standing next to each other. The are not used by children and are not even used in a busy area, they are in our bedroom. I can not understand how one chair is still looking brand new and the other one is peeling like an old chair. They get the same treatment and polish? This is clearly a manufactures fault. <br> I do understand that Coricraft can not replace the item because it is way out of the guarantee time. I want to contact the supplier because they must give me an explanation and a reasonable answer. I have been in contact with Coricraft and they refuse to give me the details of the supplier or forward my e mails to them. According to them they do not work through that supplier anymore. (Wonder why? Poor quality or to much complaints?)<br> I have been in contact with Coricraft as from May 2014. <br> Thank you
