APPALLING SERVICE

I bought some beautiful furniture from Coricraft BUT when it came to the delivery only 95% of the items were delivered. My coffee table and carpet never got here. After so many calls to Coricraft Eastgate where I order the items and getting the promise of feedback shortly since Thursday to date the best I got from Gary Wilson (the sales consultant) was that the coffee table is damaged and he's struggling to find a sellable one (this I cancelled eventually Friday); the carpet he can't give me a straight answer!!! May I add these items were ordered at last 7 weeks ago! I am absolutely fedup with the appalling service and needing to call, follow up, argue, beg just to get what I was promised!!!! THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT SLOW ON DELIVERING ON THEIR PROMISES! WITH THE PRICES THEY CHARGE ONE SHOULD NOT GET THIS SERVICE!!!!
