Appalling quality

I bought 6 tub chairs just over 4 years ago from Coricraft. They are "PU". I always thought Coricraft was a reputable, high quality establishment. Wow, how wrong I was. My chairs are looking disgusting, cracked and peeled and a total embarrassment to me. When I phoned the Springfield branch from where I bought them from there was no apology and no attempt to rectify the situation (perhaps they could have offered to recover them at a nominal price?) Looking at all the bad reviews it seems that management just doesn't care and they don't respond to all the complaints. I have bought a few items of furniture from Leisure Lounge that are still in pristine condition after 15 to 25 years. Guess where I will be shopping in future. Catch a wake up Coricraft!! Where is your after sales service?
