Appalling Coricraft Customer Service

I understand COVID disruptions but Coricraft customer service is just appalling. I ordered a couch I really wanted but honestly couldn’t wait the 3 months Coricraft wants customers to wait, there’s just too many alternatives. I was convinced by a sales representative to just order the period may be short than the 12 weeks she said, it wasn’t and I immediately asked for a refund. I’ve been following up on the status of my refund but she keeps ignoring me. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and really shouldn’t be treated in this manner.
