APPALLED BY *********** SERVICE

<p>Ordered a Coricraft couch in October, paid the deposit, and was told it will be delivered end of month when we move into our new house December. When i went to the store to confirm the delivery address last week, i was informed that they have "forgotten" to tell me delivery fee was not included and an additional R450. Also, i should give them a 48hr warning if i want to collect it myself.
