Apalling warehouse and delivery service!

Their Warehouse and logistics are absolutely apalling. Firstly delivery details were not captured correctly which led to my couch not being delivered. Since then, I have called over 10 times requesting delivery confirmation. Everytime, I get told that they will call me back to confirm. This has happened every single time and no one calls me!

Cmon guys, your warehouse personnel is clueless!

No integrity, appalling service and no customer consideration!

Yes, Finally delivered late Friday evening. Didn't have to be this way though. Just clear and concise communication from your logistics personnel would have alleviated all anxiety and confusion.
