All you do is wait with NO feedback

<p>I ordered slip covers for my couches in the beginning of March from Coricraft Kramerville. They said that it will take 4-6 weeks and that they will come to my house to show me how to put them on etc. </p> <p>It's now 11 weeks later and I've had a quarter of the order delivered two weeks ago after I followed up three weeks prior to that on where my order is where no one could tell me. They arrived there just dropping it and telling me they don't know how to put them on and they don't know where the rest of the order is. I phoned them and they said they will check where the remaining of the order is. No one got back to me. I decided to go to the store to check it out myself. So they told me that the one couch slip covers were never made and that they captured the order incorrectly etc (surely they could have picked this up when I followed up 3 weeks before they delivered). So then they PROMISED me it will be delivered on the 9th of May. And as of today ..... Still nothing ..... I still have to follow up every day ..... No one bothers to keep you updated or anything. I still have no idea when I'm to receive my order. </p> <p> </p> <p>Beyond shocking service vice that will make me never buy anything from Coricraft !!!!!!!</p>
