"After-sales a bit of a problem"

On the 27th of June I complained abt my couches that is sagging in. I've two phone calles so far. The 1st one was, did someone get back to you and the second one, did someone get back to you. To thus far not a single return call. I've phoned several times the store in Boksburg, but i have to hear that it takes a month for the guy to come out, it's been 3 month now and still nothing.
