After-sales a bit of a problem

<p>So you have my money and now it's an issue to get you back to come have a look at the couches and to have them fix. When i phoned Coricraft East Rand Retail park, the woman that does the returns was very busy and then i was told there is one guy that does the whole gauteng province so it will take a while for him to get to me and they will have to see if the children jumped on the couches. (i dont have kids). the lady then phoned me later the evening and advised me to e mail her pics, so i asked her to sms me her e mail address so that i can send it, this never happened. Today i call again to ask if i can speak to the lady who does returns. I was told nobody like that works there. So i said i would like to speak to someone who can arrange to come have a look at my couches as they are sagging and was told that i have how many years gaurentee on the frame of the couches. Please can i ask that somebody be sent to my house to come have a look. This is really bad after sales that i have to phone around to get some sort of reaction out of Coricraft. </p>
