Accessability in store
I am a paraplegic and went to Coricraft to find out about an additional cover for a corner unit we bought last year. The store was not assessable with the wheelchair, some of the furniture had to be moved completely to get through the isles. The sales lady was very apologetic but the manager did not even get up in fact she tried her level best to even avoid eye contact with me. I find this totally unacceptable for such a big store and furniture group.

We are really sorry that the showroom was not wheelchair friendly. We do sometimes cram as many products into our space without thinking about wheel chairs and trolleys .
We will definitely look at our floor planning and try to open up the walk ways to make the showroom more wheel chair friendly.
