Absolutly terrible service (Coricraft)

I am absolutely disgusted in the type of service I have received. I ordered an L-shape couch which had to be made. Every point of contact was a complete failure. I was sold a fabric which was discontinued, it then took an additional week to inform me of this mistake. The subsequent fabric choice costed me an additional R2000. I had to wait an entire week and a lengthy call, in order to be issued an invoice. I had to initiate the delivery of the couch in the 6th week as well as co-cordinate the delivery with the manager. The couch arrived an hour late which caused serious ramifications as I had to take half a day's leave. I am not a happy customer at all. This is seriously unprofessional. At no point in the entire process, was I ever issued a courtesy email or call to inform me about the progress, I had to initiate communication. I would provide a negative rating if I could.
