Absolutely SHOCKING service!

After ordering AND paying in full for a coffee table and couch, having been assured there was plenty of stock of the items we wanted, we waited for delivery three days later once our pay,net had cleared. A month later we are still waiting for delivery of our items due to damaged goods having to be returned ( both the couch and the coffee table). Every single time we have phoned to enquire we have been told \we will call you back"which never happens and we then have to try again and again. Delivery was to occur today at midday and at five o'clock pm I am still waiting for delivery"
