Absolutely pathetic

I'm very disappointed in Coricraft and how there service has regressed from prevoius years. I have been a loyal customer to the brand and have bought all of my furniture from them. I bought a coffee table from them at the beginning of June, when we took it out of the packaging there was a chip and dent mark on the top side of the table, considering that I paid R7,5k for the table I asked Coricraft to replace the table, which they happily did. A week later they delivered a new table, but this time the table had three more chip and dent marks than the first table. I complained about the lack of quality of the table and was assured by their H/O that the table will be inspected before it leaves their warehouse. When the third table arrived it was in an even worst state than first two tables. Then on the 24/07/2019 Coricraft confirmed that they are going to deliver a new table again, but this time they assured me that the quality manager is going to inspect the table personally. Table arrived today and was in the worst condition of all the tables that's been delivered so far. The whole corner of the table is missing. I have to take of form work every time to sit and wait for Coricraft to deliver, because they cannot give you a more precise time for delivery. The aggravation and complete waste of time that Corricraft has caused me is unacceptable. This use to be my favourite furniture store.
