Absolutely horrible experience with Coricraft. - Dont waste your time

We were told our couch would be delivered in 6 weeks, but it ended up taking ten weeks. To make matters worse, when they finally agreed to deliver the couch, it was broken and had to be sent back to Cape Town for repairs. When they finally delivered, they only delivered the ottoman and forgot the couch. When we asked about the missing couch, they asked us why we were changing the delivery date. To top it all off, they said they would deliver the couch on Saturday morning and then failed to show up, leaving us to cancel our Easter weekend plans. When we asked for a refund, they said no. Shocking behaviour and complete disregard for their customers. 0 out of 5 stars.
