Absolutely disgusting service from Coricraft

Bought a bed and base online. When placing the order it stated that the items would be delivered by 9 July. On 9 July I called to get a delivery time to be told that the order had not been processed. Staff said that management were aware that the website did not work, management did not take calls and nor would they phone me back. I have been passed between 13 staff members to date and they have found a bed but are unable to deliver it and if I want my money back I must wait 7 days. There is no level of commitment to service at all.
