Absolute worst service of any retailer in South Africa

The absolute worst service of any retailer in South Africa. I placed an order exactly 2 months ago. Received a call two days later about two of the items being out of stock but the rest of the order would be sent. Still no delivery two months later. I have emailed countless times requesting an update and nothing. Then requesting a cancellation and refund and still nothing. Nobody answer the calls and nobody responds to DMs on social media either. Then I get a call this morning, exactly two months later telling me that two of the items are out of stock. Which I was told 2 months ago!!!! I have asked for a cancellation and refund. Lets see if I get my money back.
