A very unpleasant and prolonged experience

Bad service ... Bought a couch from a store at Highveld Mall emalahleni. The first delivery was delayed for about 8 months. When eventually the couch was delivered it was not at comfortable as the one we experienced at the store. So we called them to rectify the issue we us as this was just so uncomfortable that my wife and I eventually decided to sit on the floor rather that the stupid Coricraft couch that we bought for 30k. We called weight emails to them and they said they will bring a more comfortable seat foams as these were an issue. But that also took some back and forth ordeal. Eventually the members were se t to my house with the same seat foams which means that they were just trying to see if they can shut us up on this matter. Now my wife has been to doctors for back issues due to the inconvenience caused by the uncomfortable couch. We have phone them again 😞 and again without success. I'm warning people not to deal with these people Coricraft group is such ******* of note in my opinion.
