9 months later, no bed, no pedestals

We ordered a bed and pedestals in April, first lot was damaged and we had to re-order. It’s November and we have received no feedback, no correspondence, no bed, no pedestals. Every time we call the support centre, out relive date keeps moving. I am extremely disappointed
