6 Weeks and Couches not even in production?

Extremely disappointed & disgusted in your lack of service and communication. I ordered couches 6 weeks ago, I have received 2 phone calls since to tell me that they will be ready on Monday 3 August. Today (30 July) I follow up to confirm and hear that the fabric I chose has been discontinued and I need to select a new one. After 6 weeks no one has mentioned this to me? I am going in today to select the new fabric and your team needs to do whatever it takes to get those couches to me by Monday next week as promised. I have been waiting long enough and if you can't deliver I want a full refund and I will go elsewhere! I am completely disgusted by this and I expect nothing but smooth sailing from here!
