3rd Hello Peter for same issue

Coricraft just doesn't seem to care and are a law unto themselves. They've asked Claudette to assist me after their rude manager Darren didn't understand the CPA for returns. I've now managed to do a return but they supposedly have some antiquated manual system and forms for refunds. I was told 3 working days since 22nd March and am still waiting. It appears as if Claudette whom I've had to repeatedly follow up with is not empowered to actually assist and it feels like the store manager Darren just doesn't care to get the job over and done with. This has gone up to their regional manager to no avail. I've asked for him to call me with a decent explanation and no call yet! So her I sit without my scatter cushions that I've returned and without the cash. So yet again maybe I have t go camp in their store and demand a cash refund when I next happen to be there. If you don't want to be taken for a very lengthy and frustrating ride, avoid Coricraft nd especially the Sandton store at all costs!
