2 x 2 seater Couches

Good Day<br> <br> I bought 2 x 2 seater couches from Coricraft in Somerset West. This is now my fifth set they send me. It is full of cut marks and the seats is not stitch well. <br> Every time is must speak to the sales lady and she even came to my home to see the damaged couches. She even said that the service is not right because she phones the quality controller manager Olivia from Cape Town.<br> <br> I even speaks to the area manager Mr Bell not even one of the phone me about the bad service.<br> The manager said to me after I phone several times that the scratch marks will be on leather but that is not right. I took several photo's to show them the marks, and every time I received couches with that same marks but is the same word they said to me that they will not used that leather again.<br> Show the manager said she will give me a better price on Savanna Oxblood leather and I said that I don't want a sales price so she must give me a better price because of all my phone calls emails and my money was in their bank and I must wait for the couches. Now she said that she can only give me a special price on the couches and it is the same price as the normal special.
