15 week deliver

Please refer to my previous complaint [URL Removed]<br> It is 17th and I still have not received the couches. They have called to confirm delivery tomorrow 19th but the catch is only half the order was made and i will only be receiving 1 couch instead of two. I got a hold of Cindy at your head office and she said that the other couch was never made and will only be done by 21st April and delivery will take place some time there after. I ordered this on the 11th January and need to wait till the end of April to get what I have paid for.<br> <br> This is unacceptable and Coricraft has not been able to do anything for me but make excuses. I was also offered to have a refund. If I wanted the money and not the order I would never have purchased the couches and especially not waited so long for a refund. It ridiculous that this is the only solution your store can come up with. Your company has not comp**** with our agreement despite multiple attempts to bring this to you attention.Please either email me or call me regarding this fustrating ordeal
