12 weeks later and still no furniture

We bought a couch in February, paid in full and told that delivery will take place in 6 to 8 weeks. At the end of April I received a call and delivery was arranged for the following Friday. The lady confirmed contact details, whether the truck can access the site etc. She called back to confirm everything is arranged.

The following Friday came and went and no couch arrived, I called the store I bought it from and was told sorry there is no delivery scheduled. The guy called me back and said someone will call me on Saturday to schedule delivery, apolosing all the way.

Saturday came and went and no call came, I called yesterday and was told sorry the couch is in the Cape Town warehouse and has not been shipped to Durban yet, once it arrives at Durban I will get a call to schedule delivery this should apparently happen before the end of this week....

This is shocking service, we have never had issues with purchases from Coricraft before.
