10 years guarantee - to a year guarantee
Hi <br> <br> i purchased a` mattress at Cori craft a year ago that was said it has ten years guarantee , after a year the mattress got tored up , i went back to the shop to log a complaint and was told that because i cleaned the mattress with a cloth it has lost its guarantee m i then told them it was never stipulated in the contract and was told they would call me back , its been eight months and still have not received the call

I apologise for this , the mattress supplier is the holder of the warranty and they may deem a warranty null and void if the mattress is not found to be in a sanitary condition .This is a world wide practice and the reason that we sell so many mattress protectors .
