10% handling fee ****

They **** people with their 10% handling fee, i was charged this amount for a couch that couldn't fit as i don't have a high celling and it was never part of the questionnaire to declare however the door measurement declaration was done and it was ok. so they questionaries don't have any question regards the ceiling, They are cruel and a **** thinking they can take my R2000 for free. i will buy anything there and i will tell everyone who ask me about them that they **** people.
