1 week old Koda couch spring popping out!
<p>This is very annoying and inconvenient, nontheless dissapointing. After being very excited to buying the brand new Koda corner slouch (paying a whopping R13000!) a spring pops out after having the couch for ONLY 1 week! How is that even possible? We expected a product of great quality from Coricraft, but it looks like Coricraft's standard is not what it is supposed to be. Instead, we payed for what seems to be a cheap manufactured product. This is very upsetting and frustrating! What to do now? Now we sit with the inconvinience of struggeling to get either a refund or replacement of our brand new couch?! I really hope this is not what Coricraft's standard is really worth! I expect Coricraft to replace or refund us ASAP, without having to go through any further trouble as this is NOT acceptable! </p>

Hi. I would like to give thanks to Garth from client service. He acted swiftly and resolved the issue. I got a loan couch from Coricraft while I'm waiting for a replacement. I just hope the replacement couch won't have the same issue and is of better standard. This is Coricraft and a quality product is expected.
