1 month later, still no delivery

<p>I paid for a tv unit and delivery 1 month ago, waited at home 3 days for a delivery that has still not arrived due to cori crafts error. i have emailed a complaint letter to two different people and not recieved any feedback on my complaint. I called 3 different people at head office, was not able to get through to the relevent people but was told i would get called back which never happened. I am actually at a loss of what to do when you recieve no assistance at all.</p>
