Poor customer service and very disappointed

On the 7th march 2026 I have order the squats indoor machine, made the payment and I have received proof of payment also my order number. Unfortunately the item has not been delivered, no communication and I have sent the email trying to find out when are they gonna deliver but there was no respond from them. I am so disappointed
