I’m very disappointed for falling for this **** I saw their adverti*****t on TikTok and I made payment to purchase two squats machine on the 2th of march 2026 but after the payment I didn’t even receive proof of payment I have been trying to contact them but their phone is off

Poor customer service and very disappointed
On the 7th march 2026 I have order the squats indoor machine, made the payment and I have received proof of payment also my order number. Unfortunately the item has not been delivered, no communication and I have sent the email trying to find out when are they gonna deliver but there was no respond from them. I am so disappointed

Poor customer service and very disappointed
On the 7th march 2026 I have order the squats indoor machine, made the payment and I have received proof of payment also my order number. i am not happy with their service ,they have a website of which i should be able to track my orders unfortunately i ca not do that and also their contact details are not going through so am stil waiting for my order which was suppose to be delivered last week Wednesday this people have a poor service and i would not advice anyone to buy from them.

I placed an order through Tiktok, paid for my item a jellybra and followed up, apparently they have a delay and will include a free gift with my order and that I can expect my item this week. No order has arrived, I tried to call the number and sent an email again,, no feedback. No communication or tracking system
