Xaomi Redmi bad service

<p>I cannot believe the bad service i recieved today at Mobile in Africa which is part of the Core group who are the distrubtors that are meant to fix any Red mi related phone problem. Afterdropping my phone and cracking the screen it took me 1 hour to find a sevice centre that could actually tend to my phone as Xaomi Redmi has Zero online service centre contacts for south Africa clients . I later found out that this service centre was in johannesburg and drove all the way from durban to the sevice cemtre "Mobile in Africa" where i was told at the gate that i needed a courier company to book my phone in which made absolutley know sense to me. later after explaining that i drove all the way from durban the rep of Mobile in Africa advised me to "**** off". This is by far the worst after sales experience i have ever recieved and would advise people not to buy Redmi phones in South Africa up until they fix customer sevice. I am now in cyber range where fixing my screen is R1500 bare in mind i bought the phone for 2500</p>
