We do not repair iPads, but send it in so we can waste your money

I sent my iPad for repairs after submitting pictures of the problem and they accepted the iPad. After evaluating the unit, they presented me with a quotation to replace it. I then queried the quote and their response was: "Please be advised that we do not repair iPads hence a quote to replace has been issued". They knew it was an ipad and still had me pay R250 to collect and return the unit although they dont repair iPads.
