Sent my iMac machine in for a what was a minor faulty port c. The machine was in 100% working condition and wanted to use the port c for an additional monitor. Apple/Core group sent me a R14k quote which i rejected. When i collected my machine it was not working at all. They are refusing to return my machine in the condition that i sent it in.
