********* business, poor product knowledge

I needed keyboards, chargers and charging cables for two fourth generation Ipads. <br> I was unable to figure out what I needed from there catalogue, so I contacted them to get the correct code also giving them the model number A1460.<br> I was told that they can't find the products by that model number that they need to know which Ipad it is.<br> When I finally got the information from them I sent them a purchase order for the stock needed.<br> Unfortunately not one of the stock items that arrived 2 weeks later where the correct items.<br> I immediately contacted them asking that the items be swapped out for the correct ones.<br> I was told that even though they gave me the incorrect information they would not exchange it because they received a purchase order from me.<br> This sounds like a very ********* business practise and clearly there sales staff do not know there own products.<br> My advise? buy somewhere else. And if you already bought...... good luck
